Yin/Yang Breathing + Healing Meditation

We are celebrating International Women's Day with Qigong based Yin/Yang Breathing to help balance the feminine and masculine energies that merge to create our wholeness. The breathing practice will be followed by a Healing Meditation also focused on balancing our feminine and masculine energies.
