We’ve arrived in winter, which means our bodies are working hard to resist viruses and bacteria that thrive during this season. With antibiotic resistance on the rise and ongoing stresses of living in our digital age compromising our immune system, we’re always looking for ways to strengthen our immune systems to prevent disease from taking hold.
In this workshop, we are preparing Fire Cider, a daily immune supportive tonic made with apple cider vinegar, fresh vegetables, and herbs. Participants will learn to prepare their own batches of Fire Cider to care for at home until ready for consumption. It’s always a good time to support immunity!
