Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation and relaxation technique. It helps open access to the energetic layers of the body and actively release emotional holding patterns. The practice is experienced through variations of savasana (corpse pose), while a facilitator creates space for a systematic meditation that takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self).
